I’m a practicum student in Counselling Psychology at Ermakov Therapy, currently completing my Master’s-level training. I hold a degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto and bring nearly six years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, where I worked alongside physicians to support mental health treatment options for conditions like depression, ADHD, and migraine. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and grounded space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a warm, collaborative style to help you explore what’s holding you back and move toward the life you want.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, insomnia, and stress-related symptoms, including those related to ADHD. I offer client-centered therapy to adolescents, adults, and seniors, focusing on identifying both strengths and challenges to select the most appropriate therapeutic approach to create a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Life can move quickly, and sometimes difficult experiences linger beneath the surface, shaping how we think, feel, and relate to others. My goal is to help you navigate those emotions, build self-confidence, and move toward what truly matters to you. I am fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. Feel free to book a free 15 min consultation with me.
