Get to know Mishal

Hello! My name is Mishal Saeed and I am a Master of Counselling Student at City University. I’m excited to announce that I am accepting new clients as a Graduate Practicum Counsellor at Women’s Mental Health, offering online counselling sessions to BC residents!

With several years of experience supporting vulnerable youth and families, my approach has always been person-centred and trauma-informed. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to be heard and explore their concerns, whether they’re facing stress, major life transitions, or relationship issues. As a woman of colour, I am deeply aware of the unique challenges that diverse communities face and I am committed to helping others address these experiences with empathy and compassion.

If you are interested in working with me, you can book a free 15-minute consultation call to help determine if my counselling approach aligns with your needs. Because I am a student, I am offering reduced-cost sessions at $60 + tax, with sliding scale options available.
