Get to know Michelle-Shayne

I provide therapy for children, youth, educators, professionals, artists and adults who are navigating challenges related to school, work, or personal growth. Often, issues such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, or relationship difficulties manifest in various ways, including behavioural changes, avoidance, emotional withdrawal, or decreased performance. These experiences can deeply affect daily life, impacting confidence, emotional health, and overall well-being.

Central to my therapeutic approach is building a trusting, supportive relationship where a client can feel safe expressing their thoughts and emotions openly and authentically. My extensive background in education and certification in mindfulness-based practices allow me to effectively integrate awareness-based techniques, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and solution-focused interventions tailored specifically to individual needs.

With over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, I have helped clients gain valuable insights, develop practical coping skills, and experience significant personal growth. My areas of focus include anxiety management, stress reduction, emotional resilience, identity exploration, and professional burnout.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence, I offer an initial consultation to explore how we can work together to achieve your goals.
