Get to know Michelle

Hello, I am Michelle, a dedicated intern therapist pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. If you are experiencing feelings of stress, sadness, helplessness, anxiety, or being overwhelmed, or finding it difficult to derive joy from activities you once loved, or grappling with challenges in communication, work, life changes, or relationships, I am here to offer you a safe and empathetic space to explore your emotions. Together, we can work on strategies to improve your well-being. I employ various therapeutic techniques to help you understand and manage negative thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. Establishing a relationship built on trust and respect is paramount to me. Drawing from my experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, I can offer a compassionate and tailored approach, ensuring that you feel understood and cared for. Let us work together to help you tackle your challenges, find more happiness, and build confidence.
