Before entering psychotherapy training, I worked in people-focused roles that deepened my understanding of stress, identity, and the challenges that show up in both personal and professional life. This experience informs how I show up as a student therapist, which is grounded, thoughtful, and attuned to the realities clients face outside the therapy room.
I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel safe exploring anxiety, overwhelm, relationship concerns, or life transitions. I work at a pace that feels right for you and value curiosity over judgment. As a student therapist, I work under supervision and approach my work with care, accountability, and respect for each client’s unique experience.
