Get to know Mercy

Life can be overwhelming, especially when you are burdened by unresolved relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, or navigating other life transitions. Having grown up in a family marked by relationship conflict and faced the uncertainty of moving to a new country, I understand how isolating these experiences can be. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my extensive work experience with individuals facing complex social issues. Witnessing the impacts of these issues as a Registered Social Worker inspired me to help others find healthier ways to cope, foster resilience, and build meaningful and fulfilling lives.

As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I combine my personal journey with integrative, humanistic, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches to offer you a space where you can safely explore and heal. I believe you are the expert in your life, and together, we will create the change you seek.

If you feel stuck or unsure where to turn next, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We will explore the challenges you’re facing and work together to find solutions that resonate with your needs and goals. You don’t have to do this alone—I am here to walk beside you.
