Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating, often affecting relationships and leading to disconnection. I’m here to support you with a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach that creates a safe space for exploring your concerns. Together, we’ll work through these difficulties, helping you navigate challenges and foster personal growth and healing. My approach recognizes the unique complexities of your identity, considering all aspects of your life—age, gender, ethnicity—and how they intersect and shape your lived experiences.
I offer support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, PTSD, and couples therapy. I have a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), drawing from my personal experience with ADHD and my work with those affected by brain injuries, and understanding the profound impact of these challenges.
For individuals, I support self-exploration of thoughts and emotions, building resilience, and developing healthy coping strategies. With couples, I help uncover underlying needs, deepening understanding and connection. Together, we can foster self-compassion, improve self-esteem, and find balance in your life. Whether facing overwhelming emotions, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you. Contact me for a free consultation!
