I believe every person has the strength and resilience to create meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to live.
I work with children, youth, and adults, with a special passion for supporting young people and their families. With over five years of experience in educational and supportive settings, I strive to create a calm, nurturing, and inclusive space where children feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. My approach helps kids build confidence, regulate emotions, and develop trusting connections that foster growth.
I also support parents and caregivers who may be managing parenting stress, family conflict, or shifting family dynamics. I understand the challenges of supporting your child while also caring for yourself, and I offer a space where both can be explored with compassion.
My approach is client-centred and strength-based, meaning we’ll focus on what matters most to you while building on your values, experiences, and inner resources. Together, we’ll highlight your strengths, explore challenges, and develop strategies that feel authentic and meaningful.
Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and hope. I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute consultation to help you get a sense of whether I’m the right fit for your needs.
