Get to know Maya

I bring warmth and focus, as well as a non-judgemental and social justice informed approach to each of my sessions. I help people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-doubt and/or those who are having difficulties with life transitions, ageing, work and relationships. I have a lot of experience navigating mental health issues in the academic world, and am particularly interested in supporting graduate students with those challenges.
