Martina is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a B.A. in Psychology and is currently working towards her M.A. in Counselling Psychology. Martina specializes in helping individuals with self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, while also developing a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by both men and women. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, customizing her approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. With an awareness of diverse cultural backgrounds, Martina provides culturally sensitive care, recognizing the role of personal experiences in shaping individuals’ perspectives.
