Hey, I’m Marla
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start, you’re not alone, and the fact that you’re here matters. Something in you is ready for change, even if it’s hard to name what that looks like right now. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or clinical; it can be a steady, supportive space where you’re allowed to show up exactly as you are.
You don’t need all the answers before beginning. Whether you’re working through anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or simply trying to understand yourself better, this is a space where your experiences are taken seriously and met without judgment. You’ll be met with care, honesty, and compassion every step of the way.
You deserve to be seen not only for what you’re struggling with, but also for your resilience. I show up authentically in the therapy room and invite you to do the same. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, making room for difficult conversations while also noticing moments of clarity, relief, and even lightness along the way.
If you often carry the feeling of being “too much” or “not enough,” know that you’re not alone in that experience. Therapy can be a place to gently challenge those narratives and begin writing new ones. You are welcome to take up space here.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be fully seen—without shame. I became a therapist because I’ve witnessed how powerful it is to feel truly heard. You don’t have to navigate this on your own.
