Get to know Mariana

Hi, I’m Mariana. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—I’d be honoured to walk with you. With over 25 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and couples, I create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, gain new perspective, and build practical tools for change.

I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, addictions, and life transitions, always honouring culture, relationships, and values as sources of resilience. As someone who grew up in the Middle East and began a new life in Canada, I bring a culturally sensitive lens and can provide therapy in both English and Arabic, thoughtfully integrating faith and spirituality if it aligns with your needs.

My approach blends EFT/EFIT, CBT, ACT, Narrative, Family, and Solution-Focused Therapy, always tailored to you. Above all, I’m committed to empathy, dignity, and collaboration, so together we can foster healing, resilience, and meaning.
