Get to know Margaret

Navigating postpartum blues, baby loss or fertility concerns? You’re not alone – I’m here to help.

I’m Margaret, a Registered Nurse with 5 years of experience in Labour and Delivery, where I’ve supported individuals and families through some of life’s most joyful and most difficult moments.

I’m currently in the final year of my Master of Psychotherapy at the University of Guelph, with over 85 hours of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. As a psychotherapy intern in supervised practice, I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you’re facing – together.

My background in both science and nursing (BScN, University of Toronto; BHSc, McMaster University) shapes my trauma-informed approach, especially when working with grief, infant loss, reproductive decision-making, and high-stress transitions.

I also support clients exploring kink and sexual identity in a sex-positive, affirming space. My practice includes working with intergenerational and immigration trauma, shifting cultural identities, blended families, and high-performing professionals or caregivers coping with burnout, overwhelm, or disconnection.

In every session, I bring cultural sensitivity, warmth, and a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to help you gain insight and move forward with clarity and confidence.
