Get to know Mally

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) as well as a Yorkville University Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student. I am currently practicing under the supervision of Danny Seto (RP & Clinical Supervisor, RMFT-S, CPT-S) at his group practice in Richmond Hill, ON (In-Person &Virtually).
I am passionate about helping others to improve their mental health and well-being, experience personal growth, and heal through connection. In session, I use strengths-based and client-centred approaches such that the specific modalities and techniques used will be determined by specific client needs, and presenting concerns.
