I also have decades of experience supporting neurodiverse families and individuals. Together, we’ll explore your feelings with care and understanding, helping you find relief, hope, and healing. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, my relational, empathic, non-judgmental approach blends empathy, emotion-focused, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you heal and thrive. I welcome all genders, sexualities, and cultures. I’m 2SLGBTQ+ allied and neurodivergent affirming.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together. E-mail me to schedule a convenient time to discuss your needs, hopes, strengths and how we can navigate life’s challenges. I’m excited to listen to your story, validate your experiences, and support your healing and growth!
