Liz offers individual, family, and couples therapy. She has been trained in several modalities including: trauma-informed somatic healing (Compassionate Inquiry program with Gabor Mate), Cognitive-Behaviour-Therapy, Dialectical-Behaviour-Therapy, Mindfulness and Grief Counselling.
