Are you longing to understand yourself more deeply, shift long-standing emotional patterns, or feel more secure in your relationships? These longings often arise when something in you knows you’re ready for change, even if the path isn’t clear yet. Therapy offers a grounded space to slow down and listen inward. As a Pre-Licensed Professional and an Expressive Arts therapy student under clinical supervision, I am here to accompany you with warmth and curiosity as we explore the experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others, including the nervous system patterns that influence your experiences of connection and safety.
Having lived in multiple countries, I bring an understanding of what it can feel like to live between cultures, carrying questions of belonging and identity. My work integrates Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Coherence Therapy, IFS-informed approaches, and mindfulness, using creativity and body awareness to support meaningful change.
Together we slow down, attune, and build regulation so the work feels grounded and safe. I support you in developing a more secure inner experience, greater capacity, and new possibilities in how you relate to yourself and the people you care about. If this resonates with you, you are welcome to reach out for a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
