Accepting NEW Clients – Is it hard to find motivation or let go of anxious thoughts? Do you feel stuck in a low mood, trapped in the past, or unsure how to cope differently? Maybe it feels like you’ve lost sight of yourself, or like past and present challenges are holding you back. Are you “checking all the boxes,” yet nothing seems to change? Whether you’re looking to explore relationships, boundaries, communication, or simply understand yourself better, I’m here to support you in discovering what your therapy can be and help you work toward your goals.

I know how life, work, and stress from the past, present, or future can quietly pile up. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space that honors your unique experience, free of judgment. Let’s start with a free consult call.

As I complete my Master’s degree, I bring experience in life transitions, identity, relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, and mind-body awareness. I draw from Narrative, Gestalt, Compassion-focused, ACT, and Expressive Arts approaches, while continuously expanding my knowledge through professional development.
