Lily (she/her, they/them) is a masters-level (Counselling Psychology) student therapist offering low-cost counselling. They offer empathetic, non-judgemental, strengths-based and collaborative while developing an integrative framework of narrative therapy, acceptance-commitment therapy, and multicultural counselling to meet individual needs. They are interested in working with members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, people looking to increase self-acceptance and self-esteem, as well as anyone dealing with depression and anxiety.
