Get to know Laura

Hi, I’m Laura! I’m a prelicensed therapist working for a Gestalt lens. I work with clients on a variety of life’s challenges that may include feeling stuck, searching for a renewed sense of purpurpose, dealing with grief, anxiety or uncertainty about relationships. My approach is gentle yet direct, grounded in acceptance, compassion, and real strategies for change. I work with folks from many different backgrounds, offering an intuitive, embodied way to process emotions and make choices that feel true to you. If you’re struggling with relationship challenges, life transitions, or a feeling of being “stuck,” we’ll work together to find paths that resonate with your values and aspirations. I offer no-cost 30 minute consultations to see if working together feels right for you.
