Navigating life transitions, carrying grief, or feeling disconnected can be disheartening and isolating. Taking time to pause, reflect, and connect with what is present within you can provide support and clarity. I am committed to co-creating a compassionate space where we can encounter what is alive within you and the meaning it holds. I bring twenty years of working with youth and families in holistic and alternative education grounded in anti-oppressive practice. Personal experiences of disenfranchised loss, workplace burnout, and complex change have deepened my capacity to be with others with curiosity, humility, and care.
As a Pre-Licensed Professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student under clinical supervision, I offer a collaborative, gentle, and non-judgmental approach that also invites challenge when it fosters growth. I draw on somatic, mindfulness, nature-based, and trauma-informed practices, rooted in deep listening, attunement, and emergence.
In sessions, we can engage with movement, sound, writing, or drawing if these modalities feel supportive to you. You are welcome to schedule a free 30-minute consultation to connect, get a sense of what a session might feel like, and explore ways we can work together.
