Hi, I’m so happy you’re here. Exploring resources that best serve you is an awesome way to show up for yourself! Life is often filled with many distractions, we become consumed in our responsibilities whether work, school, showing up for others or all of these combined! Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or anxious? This is a very normal feeling and you are not alone! If you are ready to talk to someone, create more balance in your life, work on self-development or self-care, together we can explore areas that you would like to focus on and set goals that align with where you want to be!
I’m here to support you during the process of tapping into your greatest strengths and move at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I offer a therapeutic space where you can be yourself and feel free to share your thoughts and feelings. In our sessions together I offer a supportive and compassionate environment where you can process and navigate your thoughts and feelings. Whether you are experiencing challenges with burnout, anxiety, family issues, women issues or life transitions I’m here to work with you on creating a life that aligns with your core values and self-development goals.
To help support you on this journey, I pull from therapeutic approaches such as Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Humanistic approaches, and Narrative Therapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and a Practicum Student in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. My clinical practice is supervised under Aline Maia (RP). I am currently accepting new clients and offering services both in-person and online. Let’s start this journey together, feel free to reach out to me via email or phone call.

Requirements to practice psychotherapy vary from province to province. Some provinces regulate the title of counsellors, others regulate the act of psychotherapy, and some do neither. This directory is limited to those going through an accredited Master’s level counselling program in Canada. Find a Student Therapist does it’s best to verify credentials of listed therapists, however it does not guarantee the quality, credentials, or qualification to practice, of individual student psychotherapists. It does not endorse or recommend any of the listed therapists. It is the responsibility of each user to ascertain if any individual student therapist meets their needs and is qualified to practice in your area.
