Get to know Kim

Are you looking for a safe space to talk openly without fear of judgment? With twenty years of experience in sexual health counselling and nearly a decade in life coaching, I’ve had the honour of hearing the most personal details of people’s lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or challenges related to relationships, I provide a compassionate and empathetic environment where you can feel understood and supported. You are the expert on your life; I’m here to walk alongside you.

I bring a non-pathologizing, strengths-based, and holistic perspective to therapy. Drawing on my training as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, my approach is rooted in the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I integrate psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapies with a client-centered, trauma-informed perspective. I offer a sex-positive, body-positive, poly- and kink-affirming, LGBTQ+ space.

If my approach resonates with you, please reach out to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
