Get to know Kevin

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about the future? Life can be filled with unexpected challenges and navigating through feelings of anxiety, stress, anger, sadness and worry, can be draining. I am here to listen. I believe everyone walks their own path and as everyone is different each supportive strategies are tailor to your specific needs.

Together, we’ll create a comfortable environment built on trust and respect, where you can express yourself freely. We will work with each other to find practical strategies that fits for you, to feel more grounded to talk about your concerns including depression, anxiety, and low self esteem.

Kevin is currently completing his Master of Counselling of Psychology at Yorkville University. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Kevin’s aim is to create a safe environment to explore your emotions, thoughts and explore your goals for treatment.
