Get to know Kelly

Hi, I’m Kelly. I’m an Associate Therapist currently offering low-cost, supervised counselling services.

I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even a little intimidating. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported, without judgment. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real life.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, cultural identity concerns, and feelings of being “stuck.” I have a special interest in supporting clients from culturally diverse backgrounds, including South Asian communities, who may be balancing family expectations, generational differences, or mental health stigma.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), strengths-based work, and emotion-focused strategies. I tailor sessions to your needs, whether that means building coping tools, processing difficult experiences, or simply having a space to untangle your thoughts.

I work under the supervision of an experienced counsellor, which means you receive thoughtful, supported care at an affordable rate.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of your next steps, or just need someone to talk to, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
