We live in a world where stress can easily take hold, leaving us feeling anxious, disconnected, and stuck. If we are already facing mental and physical challenges to our well-being, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. I can help you find relief, making some space for self-care, exploration, and acceptance. My goal is to support you in navigating challenges by tapping into your personal strengths. I’ll start by working with you to understand how important life experiences are held in your body, shaping how you feel and behave. Together, we’ll use blend of relational talk therapy and body-based practices to strengthen your inner resilience and shift longstanding patterns that are standing in your way, so that you can achieve your goals and be your most authentic self. My approach is multi-disciplinary, drawing on specialized training in trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness meditation, and body-based somatic practices. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing a wide range of personal and relational challenges. I am deeply committed to culturally responsive therapy, ensuring that the strategies we use align with your life, values, and community. If you’re curious about working together, book a free consultation. I’d be honoured to hear about your goals for therapy and to see if we are a good fit!
