Get to know Katrina

This isn’t your average talk therapy! Did you know that unprocessed stress and trauma can get stuck in the body? Stored stress can cause anxiety, make it difficult to cope with the day to day, and can even lead to chronic emotional or physical symptoms. Together we can help you release the past and start taking steps forward.

I use a holistic-integrative approach to therapy with a strong mind-body focus to that can help you release past stress and trauma at the body level. I am trained in Brainspotting, CBT and Mindfulness and have over 13 years of experience working with individuals as a Stress & Trauma Release Coach; and Child Life & Family Psycho-Social Healthcare Specialist.

Please reach out today to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
