Get to know Katie

I recognize that reaching out for support can be a big step, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in their journey toward well-being. I have a passion for understanding our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a more personal and applied way. I take a client-centred and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating components of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I am particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, ADHD, and relationship issues. My goal is to provide a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
