Get to know Katie

If anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt have been interfering with your daily life, therapy can help you regain a sense of steadiness and control. You do not have to keep carrying everything on your own.
I provide a calm, supportive space where you can speak openly about what has been weighing on you. Whether that is stress, relationships, identity concerns, or the constant pressure to get things right. Therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I value honest conversation and work at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more confident in how you move through the world.
You are welcome to come as you are. We start where you are, and take things one step at a time.
