I have supported many people dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, grief, trauma, and more. I practice from a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens. I like to integrate different therapies and create a unique approach that works for you, pulling on CBT, ACT, IFS, Narrative therapy, Adlerian therapy, and Existentialism. I am also trained in DBT and am currently completing a personality disorders certification. I am passionate about helping those struggling with BPD and/or C-PTSD, as well as families caring for loved ones with difficult mental health struggles.
