“Human beings have faced our greatest challenged by telling stories. We tell stories to sort things out and push back against a frightening and incomprehensible world. Stories tell us where we have been and where we are going. They make sense of the senseless and bring order to disorder. They transmit our values across generations and affirm our ideals.”

My work as a therapist is rooted in my personal belief that inside a safe and empathic space, we can be curious about our personal stories and author the life we want. I look forward to supporting clients working through life transitions, anxiety, depression, explorations of identity and purpose, and more.

As a queer, gender-nonconforming individual I am uniquely positioned to work with members of the 2SLGBTQ+ population, however I am interested in supporting anyone taking the brave step into therapy.

I have experience with disabilities, immigration, ADHD, and 2SLGBTQ+ identities.
