It takes incredible strength to reach out for help, and if you’re reading this, I applaud you for taking that first step. I see you, and I’m here for you if you’re feeling stuck with anxiety, depression, loss, loneliness, relationship challenges, or burnout. You’re not alone—many face uncertainty and overwhelm in tough times. As an immigrant myself, I also understand the complexities of cultural adaptation. Together, we can navigate these challenges, exploring and processing your emotions in a supportive environment where you can find healing and connection.

I bring over five years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in working with children, teens, and neurodiverse individuals, along with their families. I’m deeply passionate about supporting those who have experienced grief, trauma, and abuse. My trauma-informed approach is rooted in genuineness, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.

I’m here to support you as you revisit your experiences, helping you process emotions and gain insights in a safe environment. Together, we can navigate your journey toward healing and growth. Reach out for a complimentary 50-minute session to see if we’re a good fit. Even if we don’t connect, remember to prioritize yourself—you are worthy of love and care.
