Get to know Juliet

Juliet is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is currently completing her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Juliet has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations, as well as individuals with both diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health concerns. She has supported adults, adolescents, youth, and families in various settings across Canada. Passionate about empowering individuals, she works with diverse groups to help them stay grounded through difficult experiences and navigate the effects of trauma. As an immigrant from the Caribbean, Juliet understands the challenges of assimilation and prioritizes culturally sensitive approaches when working with clients. Her therapeutic style is centered around creating a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to share their experiences. Juliet believes in the importance of giving clients a voice to help process emotions, thoughts, and internal conflicts. With confidence and transparency, she builds strong connections to educate, empower, and foster resilience. Drawing from a range of therapeutic methods, Juliet adapts her approach to meet the unique needs and comfort levels of each client. As a growing professional, she takes a collaborative, integrative approach to therapy, continuously learning and working alongside clients to achieve their goals.
