Message from Julie

Hi there! Thank you for finding me. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Yorkville University with a background in recreation therapy, and I’m passionate about the healing power of non-pharmacological interventions. My approach emphasizes creativity, connection, and holistic care to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges.

I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether through talk therapy, mindfulness practices, or exploring meaningful activities, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

My background in recreation therapy has shown me the profound impact that purposeful engagement and connection can have on mental well-being. I’m here to help clients rediscover balance, resilience, and fulfillment in their lives.
Together, we can work towards the life you envision, using tools and strategies that honour your strengths and values.
