Get to know Julia

I am currently a Master’s level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice onsite under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum Supervisor. There are many reasons why someone may choose to seek therapy services, and these reasons are as individual as the person themselves. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to determine their therapeutic goals and how they would like to move toward them.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, as I believe you are the expert on your life, and my intention is to use my training and education to help you create positive changes. The journey of life can include many ups and downs, and it would be my pleasure to help you navigate these challenges and move toward a more meaningful life!
