Get to know Josephine

Welcome! Dealing with worry, anxiety and stress can often make you feel drained and stuck making it unclear what to do. If you’re struggling with these types of feelings, I would be honoured to work with you to help you gain that sense of control back by exploring your strengths, confusions, fears and stressors in a warm, welcoming and safe environment.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an MA Student in Counselling Psychology, I strive to help guide you through your emotions by giving you a sense of safety in opening up and regaining a greater sense of empowerment and relief. While working together, we will explore yourself, past and present and identify certain patterns in order to create positive change. Remember, you are not alone!
