I hold a BA in Psychology and am in the process of completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Before entering the counselling field, I worked in Human Resources, supporting individuals through conflict, transition, and professional growth.
I enjoy working with adults and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what matters most to them. I take a collaborative, pragmatic and values-based approach to therapy, supporting clients in developing greater psychological flexibility and meaningful growth. My individual work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while my couple work follows the Integrative Behavioural Couples Therapy model.
I am committed to creating an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and able to move toward their values. Through the natural development of a genuine therapeutic relationship, clients will gain clarity, reconnect with what is personally meaningful, and take intentional action.
