Hi, I’m Jillian. I’ve always believed that our inner world speaks in many ways: through emotions, images, sensations, and quiet moments of intuition. In the rush of daily life, it can be easy to lose touch with those parts of ourselves.
In therapy, we create space to slow down and listen again. Together, we can explore what you’re carrying, where you feel stuck, and what parts of you are ready to be understood or supported. Some days this might look like talking through what is on your mind; other days it may involve art-making or gentle mindfulness if that feels helpful.
I’m a counselling intern and practicing art therapist who works with youth and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, life transitions, and high sensitivity. I offer low-cost counselling as part of my internship and am committed to making therapy accessible.
You do not need to consider yourself creative to benefit from art therapy. The process is simply another way of reconnecting with yourself. My aim is to offer a warm, accepting space where you can explore, heal, and feel more grounded in who you are.
