My path into counselling grew from years of working in social services, supporting individuals and families navigating stress, trauma, and major life transitions. I’ve worked in shelters, transition houses, and community programs, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be when someone has a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard and understood.
I work from a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and often draw from narrative therapy practices. This means I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care as we explore your experiences, make sense of patterns, and create space for new possibilities.
I support adults navigating things like relationship changes, anxiety, grief, past trauma, self-worth, life transitions, and feeling “stuck.” I welcome people from all walks of life and strive to create a space that feels respectful, inclusive, and grounded in safety.
