I am a dedicated graduate student in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program at Yorkville University, currently completing my practicum.

Life’s surprises can bring both challenges and opportunities for growth. Whether you’re navigating major transitions, breaking old patterns, or seeking self-discovery, feeling out of your comfort zone is normal. If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, find balance, or gain a fresh perspective, I’m here to support you.
As a passionate advocate for health and well-being, I offer a person-centred approach to individual therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and feel truly heard. Your journey towards healing and a more fulfilling life is core to my practice.

I am committed to being a compassionate, non-judgmental guide, valuing your unique experiences and believing in your potential for growth. Let’s work together to discover your inner strengths and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Take the first step with me today.
