Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Together we’ll explore why you’ve sought therapy. There is nothing too big or too small, nothing too bad or uncomfortable that we can’t talk about together. My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and empathetic. Most importantly, this is a space where you will never be judged or made to feel ashamed. One of the biggest ways you’ll experience significant change in therapy is by choosing a therapist who works well for you. As a therapist I am someone who will authentically show up for you every session, I am also human and come with my own life experiences, just as you do. I know first hand how scary and challenging therapy can be, but also how rewarding and life changing the process is.
