Get to know Holly

Hi there! I’m Holly, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my clinical practicum under supervision. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re facing at a pace that feels right for you.

My practice is rooted in warmth, respect, and partnership. I focus on helping clients address underlying challenges while building effective coping skills tailored to their needs. With over five years of experience supporting adults facing depression, substance use, and anxiety I value creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel understood and supported every step of the way. I also offer support with other domains including anger, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges primarily drawing from solution-focused, person-centred approaches specific to your circumstances.

In our sessions, we will explore practical tools to help manage overwhelming emotions and cope more effectively with stress. Together, we’ll aim to build your confidence, strengthen your relationships, and help you feel more in control in your daily life.
