I’m a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges of trauma and neurodivergence. My own experiences with neurodivergence fuel my commitment to creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel understood and valued. With a background in Biomedical Biology, Psychology, and Counselling Psychology, I bring a holistic, evidence-based approach to therapy, using techniques like CBT, DBT, and psychoanalysis. My goal is to empower clients to heal, grow, and embrace their unique strengths on their journey to a more fulfilling life.
