Get to know Geneviève

Hi, I’m Geneviève (She/her). I’m a supervised intern-therapist completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Under the guidance of Dr. Charron, psychologist, I support adults, youth, and families in both English and French.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe, seen, and cared for—a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe in meeting people with compassion and curiosity, and in walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, rediscover your strengths, and build a deeper sense of self-trust and resilience. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals living with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship difficulties.

My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded than when you arrived. You don’t have to carry everything on your own—I’m here to support you, at your pace, in the ways that feel right for you.

I also offer a 30-minute free consultation for new clients to gauge if working together is a good fit, and I have immediate availability for in-person (Centretown, Ottawa) and virtual sessions.
