I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and currently working towards my master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am currently engaged in regular supervision with a clinical supervisor that meets the requirements as outlined by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
My Approach:
Feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or life changes? You’re not alone, and seeking support is a courageous step.
Whether you’re facing relationship challenges or life transitions—such as moving to a new country, a new job, or becoming a parent—these experiences can trigger intense emotions, which can leave you feeling isolated. Managing everything on your own is overwhelming.
With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I integrate evidence-based practices and mindfulness techniques to empower you on your healing journey. In our sessions, you’ll find a non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. You are the expert of your life; and together, we will tap into your inner wisdom to build resilience and develop effective coping strategies.
Take the first step toward a more balanced and empowered life. I invite you to book your free consultation today, and let’s begin this journey together.
“Being human is not hard because you’re doing it wrong; it’s hard because you’re doing it right.” – Glennon Doyle, Untamed.
