Get to know Ethan

Hi my name is Ethan. I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am currently in my practicum with Alli therapy offering online therapy virtually online. If you are experiencing challenges with identity, burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, communication challenges, intergenerational relationship challenges, interpersonal challenges or desiring to become more attuned to mindfulness practices or emotional regulation please know you are not alone, the parts and feelings that come up are valid and welcomed. Inviting curiosity into cultivating your healing, growth and progress is a big step that can feel out of reach or daunting, just know we can take small steps together to get there.
