Do you feel stressed, burnout and overwhelmed? Do you feel that you have a hard time saying no, and want to learn how to set better boundaries?  You may feel that your struggles are interfering with your day-to-day life, leaving you feel deflated. Do you feel like you have tried all the self-care activities that ‘should work’, but they just are working for you?

My previous experience has helped me understand the feelings of burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, and people-pleasing.
