Get to know Ella

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from yourself? Life’s transitions, relationship challenges, and inner struggles can leave us feeling lost or uncertain. As someone who grew up in Cameroon and now calls Canada home, I deeply understand how cultural identity can shape our life experiences. I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can explore your story without fear of judgment.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, practicing under clinical supervision. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Royal University.

My approach is client-centred and collaborative, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. I tailor each session to support your unique needs, values, and goals. I work with teens, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, identity concerns, and major life transitions.

Whether you’re seeking personal growth, or simply just need a space to be heard, I’m here to walk alongside you. I invite you to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to see how therapy might support you on your path towards your ideal self.
