Do you often prioritize others’ needs over your own, second-guess your decisions, or feel pressure to be perfect at school or work? Are stress, self-doubt, or past experiences affecting your relationships or sense of self? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. I offer a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. With a gentle and collaborative approach, I help adults, adolescents, and couples work through challenges related to anxiety, academic and life pressures, low self-worth, and major transitions. My work focuses on areas such as emotional regulation, perfectionism, identity development, and relationship stress. I believe that your challenges do not define you. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, uncover what’s holding you back, and move toward meaningful personal growth. I’m also passionate about helping couples reconnect. Using evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I support partners in strengthening their emotional bond, breaking unhelpful patterns, and fostering deeper intimacy and empathy. No matter where you are in your journey, I’d be honoured to support your healing and growth. I look forward to walking alongside you as you become more fully and authentically you.
