You’re welcome here, just as you are.
Starting therapy is a meaningful and courageous step. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating self-doubt or burnout, facing grief, or moving through a major life transition—you don’t have to do it on your own. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
I work with adults, young adults, and helping professionals navigating challenges like anxiety, identity exploration, people-pleasing, low mood, and relationship concerns. My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive, with a focus on how identity, lived experience, and systemic factors shape our inner worlds.
Rooted in warmth, curiosity, and respect, I draw from relational, narrative, and strengths-based therapies to help you build insight, deepen self-compassion, and move forward with greater clarity and connection.
I started my career as a registered nurse, supporting individuals and families through cancer, chronic illness, and life-altering transitions—experiences that continue to inform my practice and my commitment to creating care that is accessible, affirming, and inclusive.
